* iComp Managing Partner Brock Benson to speak at the E*Trade Users Conference being held in Montreal Canada from May 13th to 16th, 2008.

* iComp will again be a co-sponsor of the Global Shares Leadership Forum being held this year in Napa Valley, California from April 4 - 7th, 2008.

* iComp Managing Partner Brock Benson to speak about FAS 123r for closely held companies at the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO ) Conference being held in Chicago from April 2nd to 4th.

* iComp founder Brock Benson to speak at the 2007 NASPP Annual Conference. The Annual Conference will be held in San Fransisco from October 9th-12th.

* iComp is co-sponsor (Buck Consulting, SunGard, Orrick, IFG Group PLC) of the first ever Global Shares Leadership Forum being held in West Cork, Ireland from June 22-24th, 2007.
